Design Engineer - Snowshoes,
The Design Engineer will develop products and manage engineering projects for snowshoe product lines. This position will be responsible for project management and development activities for the Tubbs, Atlas and Powder Ridge model lines. Projects will include design projects and manufacturing projects. The Engineer works closely with and reports to the Category Manager, to meet market and corporate needs for the snowshoe model line each year. He/she is responsible for managing snowshoe sample development, and model development, as well as implementation of manufacturing processes in the factory environment. The engineer will interface with the sales and marketing organizations, internal support groups, parts suppliers and snowshoe suppliers. This job has responsibilities ranging from product definition and design through production implementation.
