Backcountry Access Production Assistant Production Manager, Boulder, Colorado

The Snowshoe Marketing Manager implements all marketing, creative and promotional programs from the marketing department for Atlas snowshoes and Tubbs snowshoes to maximize brand exposure and sales globally. The Marketing Manager identifies the key communication vehicles (advertising and promotional) in the market and deploys all marketing collateral, POP, Swag and advertising for the markets, relative to the product, to obtain these objectives. The K2 Sports Graphic Designer is a member of a design team responsible for developing graphic artwork for a variety of winter and summer products under K2 Sports.  In addition, team member prepares a variety of graphic design and layout work in preparation of various catalogs, on-line material, posters, pop, advertisements, packaging, collateral, books, newsletters, and flyers.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Creates and designs product graphics for various K2 Sports groups.
  • Creates and designs graphics for layout of marketing collateral, merchandising, and packaging.
  • Operates various graphic design programs.
  • Confers with marketing and sales teams regarding project specifications and creative direction.
  • Writes bid specifications for jobs assigned to outside vendors; coordinates production of material with outside vendors by monitoring jobs in progress, resolving technical problems, proofing materials and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manages studio and action photography of athletes and product.
  • Creates, designs, and/or manages the production of technical drawings and illustrations.

Supply Chain Product Planner II, Seattle, Washington

  • Acts as main point of contact between vendor and K2.

Product Development Design Engineer - Snowboard Bindings, Seattle, Washington

The K2 Sports Design Engineer's primary responsibility is Management and Engineering Development of the Binding Product Line. Working with the Category Manager, develop a product line that meets the quality needs, delivery goals, value objectives, cost targets, budget limits and innovation needs to be competitive in the market. 


  • Work with Category Manager to set the goals and objectives of the Binding Product Line.
  • Utilize available development resources (Factories, ID firms, Graphic Design, in-house resources, etc.) to engineer a product line that:
  • Meets the needs of the appropriate riders (Team, novice-advanced rider, rental shop) for fit, durability, performance, convenience, comfort, and any other objectives
  • Meets unit cost targets for each model
  • Doesn’t violate competitor patents. Create new patents for “K2 Sports” where possible.
  • Manage generation, approval, and filing of 3D solid model and 2D drawing files.
  • Develop and Execute product test plan to ensure that designs meet performance and durability targets. Utilize FEA, factory test labs, Vashon Test Lab, Team riders and on-snow test group.
  • Material selection that balances performance, durability and cost.
  • Plan and Manage tooling schedule and build to meet delivery targets and capital budgets.
  • Manage execution of graphic sampling and buy-off to meet the goals of the creative department and also meets unit cost targets.
  • Manage execution of generating, sampling & buy-off of all binding packaging material, including Box, Warranty Card, Instruction Manual, etc.


  • Participate in Product Planning meetings (GSM/RAB/etc) to set line plans with detailed goals and objectives.

Ride Marketing Ride Marketing & Team Coordinator, Seattle, Washington

The Team and Marketing Coordinator oversees all RIDE professional and amateur athletes for RIDE Snowboards. This position manages contract negotiations, project marketing, creative project development, appearance execution, PR and social media marketing relative to the athletes and marketing as a whole. In addition the marketing and team coordinator works as a team member within the divisional marketing departments on multiple general marketing projects and collateral materials, including but not limited to advertising, copy, merchandising, catalogs and websites. These marketing functions are in addition to building and managing film archives of athletes for promotional use, allocating, budgeting and tracking NC product offerings and travel expenses for athletes and VIP’s. The primary objective is to Maximize RIDE product and brand presence through athlete exposure via all media outlets globally and manage other marketing within the department.  This position will:

  • Manage all RIDE athletes (international pro teams, Am teams, Women’s development teams).

  • Manage all team trips for testing, promotions, photoshoots and filming.

Ride Marketing Digital & Social Media Coordinator - Ride, Line & Full Tilt, Seattle, Washington

The Digital and Social Media Coordinator for the RIDE, LINE/FT oversees the success of the brands digital marketing efforts. This role is actively participating in and managing a wide variety of online activities and digital projects throughout the year. This position is responsible for syndicating branded photo and video assets. This position regularly deploys digital content across multiple platforms, with the intent of tracking and refining for campaign success purposes – including but not limited to our branded website, social platforms, email marketing, website “takeovers” and other marketing outlets.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Works closely with Web Services department to ensure creative ideas are technically feasible and leverage the latest technologies and best practices
