Responsibilities: -Web/Social Media: Help manage content updates, news, events, blog posts, facebook/youtube comments, etc. -Editing: Proofing & assisting on Marketing materials as needed (including, but not limited to consumer pieces, web content, catalog copy). -Various shipping, building and other tasks that may apply to marketing materials, sales material, tradeshow prep, etc. -Sticker requests: Create sticker fulfillment system and keep up with high volume -Seek out postable content via web/print -Organize and Maintain Marketing Product Cage - Keep product cage organized with up-to-date inventory -PR: Pull, Ship, log and track PR samples. Review publications for PR hits and scan for web content. -Sponsorship Requests: Fulfill & respond to requests as directed by manager, track items and dollar amount shipped for such requests. -Web Email Inbox: Responsible for managing incoming marketing emails. Build responses, take action as needed. -Be Prepared for RANDOM Tasks
Required Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in College and internship must award college credits. Preferably the college program will have a focus on a Business, Marketing or Communications major.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including excel, powerpoint and outlook. Experience with HTML, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop a plus. Strong organizational, communication and written skills.
